1.Received Material – The customer’s wheel, roller, shaft, or metal component is received and inspected for wear and damage. 2.Old PU Removal – Existing worn or damaged polyurethane is completely removed from the metal core. 3.Surface Cleaning / Blasting – The metal surface is cleaned and shot blasted to remove rust, scale, oil, and contaminants. 4.Surface Preparation – The blasted metal is checked and prepared properly for bonding. 5.Primer / Bonding Agent Application – A suitable bonding system is applied to achieve strong adhesion between the metal and polyurethane. 6.Mould Preparation – The component is positioned correctly inside the mould according to the required PU thickness and final dimensions. 7.PU Casting / Coating – Polyurethane material is prepared and cast around the metal component in the required hardness and colour. 8.Curing – The coated component is allowed to cure under controlled conditions to achieve the required properties. 9.Demoulding – After curing, the PU-coated component is carefully removed from the mould. Machining & Finishing – The PU surface is machined to achieve the required OD, width, profile, groove, crown, or dimensional tolerance. 10.Final Inspection – Dimensions, surface finish, bonding, hardness, and overall quality are checked. 11.Packing & Dispatch – The finished PU-coated component is cleaned, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
